Nigel Wright
Nigel Wright was born in Yeovil, Somerset in 1957 and is a full-time researcher and writer on all paranormal subjects. His interest in UFO's began, when at
the age of 8 or so, he had a UFO encounter. By the time he was 14 he was an avid collector of UFO books, at this time he first came across the works of Erich
von Daniken!. These works fired him up on a new quest to find out the truth behind the UFO enigma. He is the co-author of "The Rising of the Moon - The
Devonshire UFO Triangle" (Domra Publications, 1999), which examines UFO's and other paranormal events which occurred within the region. He has
appeared on various radio and TV shows, including BBC Radio Devon, BBC TV, and BSKYB. Nigel lives Exmouth, Devon, with his wife Sue and their children,
Cherry and Bethany.
The main subject matter for the lectures is the paranormal including such topics as:- Ghosts, UFO's, Mystery Black Cats, Disappearances, Ancient Black Dog
Legends, Abduction true or false? Each lecture is tailored to each meeting. Since it is my belief that most, if not all of these subjects are connected, if
not by location then by some other means, they tend to contain some reference to each of the above subjects. However, since I do realise that each group will
have their own particular field of interest, I can include more of that particular subject into the talk. I can deliver the following talks on themed items.
CONNECTIONS WITHIN THE PARANORMAL - In this talk, I look at any connections that one paranormal subject or event may have with another. As an example
I use the cases from one small area of Southwest England, this being East Devon. I explain the various UFO cases that occurred within a very small space
of time in 1999, and the strange, and bizarre events that followed, including a case of a mutilated whale!. We look at the history of paranormal activity
within the area, and try to establish connections between them.
ANIMAL MUTILATIONS IN THE UK - This talk is designed to examine the British mutilation cases.
We will look at cattle and sheep cases, to see if they bear any resemblance to US cases. Also I include a VERY odd case, the sad tale of the mutilated
WHALE!! (IT WAS NOT THE FIRST OF IT'S KIND IN THE UK!!!).
I AM AN ABDUCTEE... OR AM I? - This is a very personal talk, I explain how I came to discover
how I might indeed have been a child "abductee". We look at hypnosis, and the case for FMS (False Memory Syndrome), and I try to apply this to
my own case. I also present my own "anatomy of abduction", and the effects on victims, a case on which I can really speak from the heart!.
