Light Appears Over The Vatican - A light appeared over St. Peter's Basilica at 6.03am. on the morning of April 8th, 2005, 6 hours before Pope John Paul II's funeral. It was seen on the live TV programme. The object appeared on a network feed camera, it passed quickly in a diagonal trajectory and has been dismissed by the meteorologist at WISH-TV in Indianapolis where the image was noticed. Lots of viewers who saw it said it appeared much larger than a bird and appeared to have an internal light source. It moved very quickly with a gliding motion.

UFO's Called To Appear On LIVE TV - Ramon Watkins, who calls himself "Prophet Yahweh" on May 28th astonished a Las Vegas TV crew by apparently calling upon a UFO on command to appear before KNTV News cameras. The station then asked him, to call UFO's on live TV on the 1st June and he agreed. Then apparently, he said that they backed out, under pressure of some unnamed kind. He said "It seems like the station is coming under great pressure to not cover any more of my summoning's." His website is now disabled for 45 days and there are no reports of UFO's over Las Vegas. Now Mr. Watkins has claimed that Las Vegas will experience "large-scale UFO sightings between now and the 15th July, when his website will return."

Weird Lights In The Sky - Over the past five years, seven unidentified flying objects have been seen over the Lincolnshire's skies according to newly released information. A blue and white light, plumes of smoke, glowing masses and silently moving objects are just some of the objects which have been seen and recorded by the Ministry of Defence. Under the Freedom of Information Act these details have now been revealed.

Some of the sightings include reports of objects described as shaped like triangles, torpedo or even cylinders. Others were reported as "glowing." Some objects hovered in the air, moved silently or raced across the sky and even spun. One of the speeding lights turned 180 degrees back on itself instantaneously and another was reported to have hovered in the air before it shot off creating a blue and white light some 30 foot long.

In November 2001, a person reported that his house had started to shake and he experienced a power cut when a "glowing object" appeared over it. MOD records reported a caller seeing what looked like a missile moving very fast. The caller stated that the object did not have wings. No flights were recorded in the area at the time by the RAF.

The Mystery Deepens About Water On Mars - There is a region on Mar's surface with the mineral "Olivine" which is four times larger than estimated, which raises the question of whether water existed on the red planet according to Hawaii and Arizona planetary geologists. Scientists are trying to find out if water was ever on Mars because it is a key element for life and large quantities of Olivine indicate the lack of water. The findings are reported in the June issue of the journal Geology. Olivine is the most susceptible mineral to weathering by water, yet the large quantities seen on Mars are in an ancient area 3 billion to 4 billion years old. This suggests the rocks might have been protected from any water on the surface of Mars or possibly they were never exposed to any. Under many conditions, Olivine rapidly turns into other minerals in the presence of water.

More Safety Work Carried Out On Discovery - The space shuttle Discovery is back in the hangar again for more safety work before its scheduled blast off in July. It was already on the launch pad when Nasa decided to install a safer fuel tank and a heater in order to prevent a dangerous build-up of ice, as happened before on the doomed shuttle Columbia. Discovery was taken back to the hanger on the huge caterpillar-tracked platform along the specially built road, almost as wide as a eight-lane highway. The journey was to take 6 to 7 hours as it moved at less than 1 mph but in actual fact took 10 hours after a bearing overheated.

An Ice Volcano Spotted On Saturn's Moon Titan - The infrared images of this inactive volcano were taken by the international Cassini spacecraft (Which is part of the Nasa European Space Agency project) when it flew by last October. The 20 mile dome might help explain at the satellite's thick atmosphere and aid in further studies into how life began. Titan is the only solar system moon with an organism-producing nitrogen and methane atmosphere which was like here on Earth early on.The Cassini team say that Cryo-volcanoes- volcanic vents that spew ice instead of lava may be among the ways liquid methane is released onto the intensely-cold surface. The findings have been published in the journal Nature.

Asteroid Hit - Friday the 13th to some people is unlucky. Well, now according to Nasa we can all breathe again. On Friday 13th April,2029 Asteroid 22004 MN4 which is 320 metre's wide was supposed to hit the Earth. This is big enough to punch through Earth's atmosphere devastating a region the size of Texas and if it hit the ocean widespread destruction caused by a tsunamis.

Astronomers knew 2004 MN4 would miss Earth when they found pictures of the asteroid taken, unwittingly in March 2004, three months before it's official discovery. This extra data ruled out a collision in the year 2029. Instead we will have an eye-popping encounter. It will fly past the earth at only 18,600 miles above the ground. It will shine like a 3rd magnitude star, visible to the unaided eye from Africa, Europe and Asia. This is rare, Close approaches by objects as large as 2004 MN4 are thought to occur at 1000 year intervals on average.

Sighting Of UFO - Wyvcliffe Wellroadhouse, 380km north of Alice Springs on the Stuart Highway, Central Australia, which was once ranked fifth in the world in a study of UFO activity has been having strange visitors again.In April, a tourist took a photo of an object flaring brightly across the night sky, and now a retired bricklayer, Chris Peacock was trying to get to sleep and he saw something that kept him awake until daybreak.

He was looking at the stars and then he spotted that one of them looked as it moved. It became bright, then moved up and down and made weird shapes in the sky. He woke his wife to show her the object and his 20 years old daughter also so it as she was getting ready for work. It appeared over his apartment, over Mindil Beach and East Point. He stated that it wasn't a plane or helicopter and was doing things that you know mankind cannot do. He watched it until dawn, the object making apparently random movements across the sky and then it disappeared. Experts have been unable to identify the object but said it could have been a satellite burning up as it re-entered the Earth's atmosphere.

Nasa Space Probe Searching For Water In Space - The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter is due to launch on October 2005. and a Russian made device will be mounted on an American space probe to search for water and to find locations for future bases on the Moon. Scientists are hoping to find ice on the poles of the Moon using Russian equipment LEND said Igor Mitrofanov, who is head of Laboratory of the Institute for Space Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This device is a modified version of the neutron detector HEND which was installed on the American orbiter Odysseus. It has been used for four years now for detection of water on Mars. Water on the Moon can only occur in the shape of ice accumulated on the poles, in the craters devoid of sunshine, in the so called "cold traps." A small quantity of neutrons is a sign of the presence of ice. The orbiter will carry five more American made devices, to be used in conjunction with LEND. One will be used for drawing lunar temperature charts to locate areas with the lowest temperatures. Locations with water could be used as sites for building space bases in the long run. Solar generators could be installed in the locations where the Sun shines all the time and they could produce electric power for turning ice into hydrogen fuel. This could be used by interplanetary spacecraft.

Solar Sail Craft Lost - The launch of the world's first Solar Sail craft has hit a problem. Russian sailors launched the craft from a nuclear submarine, but the craft Cosmos 1 went missing a short time after. Nothing has been heard from it and the location in orbit is not known. According to Russian news services, the rocket's first stage experienced an engine problem, which might mean that the sail either shot into the wrong orbital location or that it never achieved orbit at all.

The rocket, a Volna rocket which was a converted ballistic missile launched onboard the Borisoglebsk at 1946 GMT. The Russian Navy submarine was stationed underwater in the Barents Sea offshore Russia's northern coast.A Doppler tracking signal did for a moment track the spacecraft at Petropavlovsk a little over ten minute into the flight.The signal was then lost. It is thought that the signal was lost, possibly due to the planned burn of the orbital injection kick motor. The officials have set up two portable UHF communication stations at Petropavlovsk on the Kamchatka peninsula in far eastern Russia and on the island of Majuro in the Pacific Marshall Islands. Neither of the two facilities have reported any contact with the spacecraft during the first half hour after launch..Attempts to track the spacecraft by the U.S. Military also reveal no evidence of the craft in orbit. The next communications passes at Taurus and Bear Lakes are due about 0423 GMT Wednesday morning. But that assumes the spacecraft is flying in the intended orbit. The craft lacks a destruct system.

Has Earth Been Visited By Aliens? - We all wonder whether or not Aliens visited planet Earth years ago. If so, surely there would be something left to confirm this, but there has been plenty of such artefacts.

In 1959 a joint Soviet/Chinese palaeontologists expedition which was led by Dr.Chzhou Minchen found such an artefact. A weird footprint was found in the Gobi desert.The footprint was found in the Gobi millions of years ago when dinosaurs were on the Earth. Palaeontologists are unable to give any other explanations for this footprint, except for extraterrestrial visitor's. Tektites, mysterious glassy formations. Radioactive isotopes were detected in the tektites which were found in the Libyan desert. They prove that the tektites came into being as a result of strong radioactive emanation not earlier than one million years ago. The Earth was formed not millions, but billions of years ago, and tektites appeared on the formed planet. In the Andes in Nasaka plateau, during recent aerial photography, weird signs made of light stones has been found. Some say it was a solar calendar and some of its lines were supposed to sparkle under sunrays in the days of equinox. The signs can be seen from a high altitude and they look like indicators for landing. Could they be landing strips for extraterrestrial visitors that the Incas were expecting?

In Odessa catacombs, bones of fossilized ostriches, camels and hyenas in the burrow were found. This was a cave in ancient times and the bones were processed one million years ago with some metal tools. But there was no human being one million years ago, the Stone Age has not even started so what kind of metal tool could it have been? There are square holes and round ones and grooves in the bones and some of the bones are polished. The following item was made by human beings. A steel rectangle 67x67x47 millimetres in size and 785 grams in weight. This was found by an Austrian physician, Mr. Gurt in the layer of coal in the tertiary period.

Then there is Titkaka lake, high up in the Andes. There are remains of the seashore around this lake, algae remains, shells and ruins of the sea port. How did a bay raise up to the mountains to become a lake? Ruins of giant constructions and well preserved Sun Gates which are covered with hieroglyphs were found near the sea port remains. Some of the hieroglyphs have been decoded and they were an astronomic calendar of high precision. But the year in this calendar had 290 days, ten months of 24 days and two months of 25 days. On the Sun Gates there was an extraterrestrial calendar. In South America, Balls of perfect geometry which are curved from granite have been found. The balls were located at the tops of correct polygons. There are loads of unusual artefacts found all over the world to which no explanation can be found. Have they been left here by extraterrestrials or are they left by us humans when civilisation destroyed itself and then who were left started up again.

Another Candidate Buzzed By UFO - The race for governor of the State of Mexico is on, It's Mexico's most popular state and home to the capital, Mexico City. The campaign aids for Yeidckol Polevnsky say she was buzzed by a mysterious rod-like object, described as UFO's. They state that the thing, what ever they are, can be seen in a video of the candidate shot at campaign rally. One of the aids stated that the UFO's are a good omen for the third place candidate.
