E2WUFOS - East To West UFO Society's
Monthly Newsletter
Number 2 - January 2004
Hi all and welcome to the first newsletter of 2004, I hope you all had a good new year and that the rest of 2004 is equally good to you and yours.
The Greys
Although an enormous variety of alien life forms have been reported by witnesses over the decades since the late 1940`s the grey has become by far the most
commonly reported. The most common are the small greys usually about 3 and a half to 4 feet tall, with pasty grey or grey-white skin. Their heads are
disproportionately large and hairless, with no nose to speak of. Likewise the ears are vestigial or non-existent and their mouths no more than slits. By far their most
striking feature are the eyes which are almost invariably described as being enormous, almond shaped and jet black.
You can find out more about greys and other reported alien life forms at the E2WUFOS website. There is also an alien graphics sections there too.
E2WUFOS are planning a skywatch in the early part of this year once we get the holidays well and truly out the way. A date or venue for this skywatch has not yet
been decided on so we are open to suggestions from our members.
Area 51
Ultra-secret military test facility located in groom lake, a dry lake bed 120 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada. Remote and shrouded in secrecy since its
construction in 1954. The intense secrecy surrounding area 51 has aroused the suspicions of ufo researchers who believe that captured extraterrestrial technology is
being tested and experiments in reverse engineering conducted there. It is also believed that the bodies of some aliens who were in crashed UFO`s were also held
there at one time.
Be sure to check out “the unofficial area 51 tour” at our website. It is full of some really good photographs and information.
Fire In The Sky
If any of you have seen the 1993 movie ”Fire In The Sky” which was based on Travis Walton’s UFO/alien experience and would like to know more.
You can do so by visiting his own website at
www.travis-walton.com it is well worth a visit.
East 2 West UFO Society Forum
E2WUFOS are looking for volunteers to be moderators in our forum. This is not very time consuming, in fact it can be very interesting. Any members interested in
becoming a moderator please contact myself at

Missing Time
It is held by many UFO researchers that one of the classic signs that an abduction has taken place and where it may be suppressed in the memory of a witness is that
of missing time. In a typical scenario the witness may find that he has taken two hours more to drive home than he would normally expect to do. This and other
factors particularly an otherwise mundane ufo sighting may indicate a suppressed memory of an abduction experience.
We don’t need to leave Scotland to find an example of missing time. On the 27th of august 1992 Gary Wood & Colin Wright were travelling on the a70 from
Edinburgh to Tarbrax when they experienced missing time.
The full story of Gary Wood & Colin Wright’s experience that night on the a70 can be read on our website in the Scottish & UK files section. This report was
written by Brian Allan of SPI Scotland.
UFO Investigator
Michael Rutherford is a UFO investigator who is based in Essex is keen that you read his experience at
www.ufozone.freeserve.com.
you can contact Michael at Michael Rutherford or by phoning his
hotline number : 0208 220 8913. Michael is also a member of E2WUFOS.
I had an e-mail on the 3rd of January from Bob Pratt who runs “The Unreal World Of UFO`s” website in the states. This guy has spent many years
investigating UFO cases in South America. You can visit his wonderful website at
www.bobpratt.org it really is worth a visit.
Bob Taylor’s UFO Incident 9th Nov 1979
Most people have heard of or read about Bob Taylor’s UFO experience in Dechmont woods, Livingston on Nov 9th 1979. Anybody who is not familiar with this
famous Scottish case can read all about it at E2WUFOS website. The first time I visited the site gentleman who was walking his dogs in the woods showed me how
to get to the site of Bob Taylor’s abduction. It turned out this gentleman (Bob Cochrane) had worked in Dechmont woods with Bob Taylor in the
seventies, in fact Bob Taylor was his foreman. Below is a photograph of Bob Cochrane pointing to the stone that marks the spot of Bob Taylor’s abduction.
Mars Photograph
Below is the first colour photograph taken by spirit on January the 6th 2004. Still no message from Beagle though.

A70 Abduction Case/An Update
This month I have been corresponding with Brian Allan the director of SPI Scotland. He has been very helpful in getting me a copy of Garry Woods sketch of the
UFO he saw that night on the a70. He also gave me the colour of the car Garry and Colin were travelling in. The reason I needed the colour of the car was one of
our members who lives in America Bill Burt, he is an artist and wanted to paint a picture of the a70 incident and needed the colour of the car. I would like to thank
Brian Allan for all the help and time he gave me.
