Hiya to all our members. well here it is the very first E2WUFOS newsletter. I have been thinking of producing our own monthly newsletter for sometime now to keep
our members up to date with what we are doing and what’s going on in the world of ufology. I spoke to Jim Robertson the other co-founder of E2WUFOS about
producing our own newsletter and he agreed it was a good idea.
This first edition may be a bit lacking in content as i have only given myself about three days to put it together. I hope that the January edition will have a lot more in
it. I would like to see our members submitting any UFO related subject they find interesting for future publications. It may be you have had a personal experience or
just another UFO website you think other members should go and have a look at.
So there’s a challenge for the new year get yourself involved in your very own newsletter. You might wish to submit a newspaper cutting that was in the paper or
magazine that you would like to share with other members. I would like to start off with one of our E2WUFOS members sighting.
UFO Sighting In Fife
One of our members who lives in fife had a UFO sighting on the 14th of July 2003.at around midnight Joyce Fergusson was outside the house having a cigarette.
It was a lovely warm, clear night with no wind.
Above her at about 90 degrees she spotted a bright light, which she described as bright as a car headlight. The object was orangey/red in colour. At first it was
dome shaped but later became a full circular shape. Joyce observed the object for about 10 to 15 minutes before she had to go back into the house. When she came
back the object was gone. It was a very clear night and she could see some stars.
Joyce has been in the habit of going outside for a cigarette for many years now and is used to watching stars/planets etc but she could not explain what she saw that
night in July. She said in her UFO sighting report that she really never believed in UFO`s but now feels more confident of them being there.
After Joyce had her sighting she contacted E2WUFOS and I’m pleased to say is now a member of our group. I would like to personally thank Joyce for letting us put
her sighting in print. She was quite happy to let us use her name but the E2WUFOS policy of confidentiality towards anyone who contacts us is as always of paramount
importance to us and we as a group would not divulge anyone’s personal details without permission of the person concerned.
UFO Artwork
I don’t know if you have viewed Bill Burts artwork on our website, if not go and have a look. Bill is an artist who lives in America he is also a member of E2WUFOS
and him and I are usually in daily contact via the internet. One of his specialities is UFO artwork but he also does fantasy paintings too. Not only can you view his
artwork on our website but you can also find his contact details where you can buy signed copies of his work. The print below is one of Bill’s and I think you would
have to agree that he knows his stuff.
I received some sad news this week, ufowiscon, the American UFO group are to close down early in the new year, E2WUFOS had a good relationship with them, I
was a moderator for them in their forum and I will personally miss this very professional group.
