I've just had this picture and information passed onto me featuring yet another Alien Face In The Window.

Make Of This What You Will!!!

This grainy yet disturbing image was reportedly snapped by a 42-year old man in Richmond, VA at 3:00 AM on Nov 1, 2000. He states: "I was getting up to check my email and saw it, then ran and got my (camera). I felt scared." The only sound reported was "one little (popping) noise", and he appeals to anyone who can explain what this is. (Pending permission to post respondent's name and email address.)

Editor's note: A healthy skeptic might conclude that since it was Halloween the night before, maybe some kids were running around the neighborhood trying to scare people. But there probably is no clear-cut answer behind this picture. The image is exactly as we received it, same size and all, with no modifications except conversion from .bmp to .jpg to reduce file size. The resolution and grainy quality are about the same as the original. I posed the question "Alien Pic or Hoax" on a popular online UFO club and received the following responses:

I'd say the 'alien' was a tad too cooperative with the pose. It's a Halloween hoax and not by kids, but by a middle-aged man (42 yr. old sent in the pic and gave the report).

I am with you, this is a hoax. I don't know what kind of camera the guy used. But the room is dark and a flash was not used, or it's reflection off of the window would have wiped out the picture. So it had to have been taken with the light from out side. If he knew what he was doing, with the cameras and film we have today, unless it was a cheapie the picture should have been a whole lot better. Look at the bright area on top above what appears to be the eyes. It is a prop with a spot light on it.
